Hello, I’m Gina! I’m 38, from Southeastern Ohio, and I’ve worn many hats throughout my life: Massage Therapist, Wellness Coach, and, most importantly, a lifelong learner. My wellness journey began over a decade ago when I partnered with Juice Plus to promote the importance of whole foods and physical activity in my community.
In 2015, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, focusing on nutrition and stress management. That’s also when I stumbled into meditation—what started as an experiment turned into a daily habit that helped me find clarity and calm in a busy world.
By 2019, I added “licensed Massage Therapist” to my resume. While I loved helping people feel their best, the physical demands of the work nudged me to expand my skills. That’s when I dove into a year-long coaching program, learning how to blend mind-body connection and practical strategies to create real, lasting change for my clients.
Now, I live in a camper, traveling wherever life (or work) takes me, and I work with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating life on the road or balancing a more stationary lifestyle, I’m here to help you find your groove. From managing stress and nutrition to creating fitness routines that work for you, we tackle it all together—light-hearted and without judgment.
That’s how “Holistic Wellness Enhancements,” or simply “Wellness with Gina,” came to life. My goal is simple: to share what I’ve learned, help you feel more balanced, and make your wellness journey a little easier—and maybe even fun. Let’s face it, life’s too short to take it too seriously!

Coaching
I could delve into the details of coaching extensively, but I’ll keep it simple. Coaching has surged in popularity, especially during the COVID quarantine, and continues to be a valuable service that you can engage in from the comfort of your home. With so many life coaches available, it’s easy to see why—witnessing the transformative moments when clients overcome obstacles brings immense joy.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as a “creative and thought-provoking process that helps clients reach their full potential.” In coaching, we create a space for you to gain insight into outdated patterns and replace them with new, empowering beliefs. You receive support and accountability to find your own answers, rather than receiving direct advice. A coach does not dictate what you should do but helps you navigate your blocks and define your goals, whether they relate to family, spirituality, work, or other areas.
Some coaches blend coaching with consulting, offering advice and sharing their experiences alongside guiding you through the coaching process. This can be beneficial for those who appreciate different perspectives. However, it’s essential for such coaches to clarify when they are switching from a coaching role to a consulting role.
Coaching differs from counseling or therapy, which often involve exploring past experiences to understand current issues. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses solely on moving forward. It’s ideal for individuals who prefer not to revisit past difficulties but are ready to make progress and achieve their goals.

The Happy Camper
In October 2024, I was presented with a unique opportunity: the chance to live in a camper and travel wherever my partner’s job takes us. It was a big leap, but I embraced the adventure! I downsized my belongings, packed up my cat (who is still deciding if this was a good idea), and hit the road. It’s been an exciting journey filled with new experiences, unexpected challenges, and plenty of stories to share.
Right now, we’re in Ohio, and it seems like we’ll be here for a while. But whether we’re staying put or traveling to a new destination, one thing remains constant: my commitment to my health and wellness goals. Living in a camper has brought its own unique set of challenges—limited space, adjusting routines, and finding creative ways to stay active and eat well—but it’s also been an incredible opportunity to refocus on what really matters.
I’ve learned to adapt my fitness and nutrition routines to this mobile lifestyle. From creative workouts in small spaces to mastering simple, healthy meals that fit into a tiny kitchen, I’m constantly finding ways to stay on track. Balancing my personal wellness journey with the unpredictability of life on the road has taught me resilience and flexibility, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with others.
This lifestyle inspired me to start a blog and share my adventure through social media and emails. I want to connect with others who are living this unique lifestyle—or just those curious about it—and create a space to share tips, stories, and encouragement. I also love hearing about others’ experiences living in a camper: what they’ve learned, how they’ve adjusted, and how they stay motivated on their own journeys.
Through my blog and social platforms, I hope to not only share my adventures but also show that prioritizing health and wellness is possible, no matter where life takes you—or how small your kitchen is! This journey isn’t just about travel; it’s about growth, connection, and learning to thrive in every aspect of life.
